Through targeted testing and personalized guidance, we identify gaps and provide practical, child-friendly solutions — from food to supplements — so your child can grow, focus, and feel their best every day

Immune System Support

A strong immune system is the foundation for your child’s overall health, energy, and resilience. Many children struggle with frequent illness, inflammation, or slow recovery because their immune system is under-supported or overwhelmed. Through targeted testing, nutrition guidance, lifestyle strategies, and gentle supplementation, we help strengthen your child’s natural defenses. The result is improved energy, fewer sick days, and a body better equipped to thrive every day.

Our Story

The turning point in my life came when my son, who is autistic, was told he would likely never speak. He was nonverbal, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of frustration and screaming. We were gently encouraged to adjust our expectations.

As both a mother and a nurse, that moment changed me. My faith deepened, and I truly believe God entrusted these children to me for a reason. I wasn’t willing to accept that this was the end of his story.

I didn’t abandon conventional care, but I knew we needed to look deeper. I began studying functional medicine and examining how nutrition, mineral status, gut health, and nervous system regulation influence behavior and development.

Over time, as we addressed underlying imbalances and reduced the load on his system, something remarkable happened — my son began to speak. Not overnight and not through one single change, but through steady, intentional support of his body. Today he communicates, knows his ABCs and colors, and calls me “mommy.”

That experience permanently reshaped how I understand children’s behavior. What I’ve learned is this: behavior isn’t always behavioral. Sometimes it’s physiology. Sometimes it’s nervous system overload. Sometimes it’s a body asking for support.

For over seven years, I worked as a bedside nurse, gaining a deep understanding of how the human body functions. But I also saw how often families leave appointments with more questions than answers, especially when it comes to complex behavior and developmental challenges. Functional medicine gave me a framework to connect the dots. My faith gave me the courage to pursue it fully.

I believe our bodies were designed with the capacity to heal when properly supported. I do not believe children with ADHD or autism are broken — I believe many are overwhelmed. And when we reduce that overwhelm, progress becomes possible.

If you are exhausted, confused, or stuck in the cycle of trying everything and seeing little change, you are not alone. The Breakthrough Strategy Call is where we take a structured look at your child’s history, identify likely drivers, and create a focused, calm plan forward.

Anna

I found a woman who believed she could help us. She wanted to test metals, minerals, and gut microbiome. We found out his gut was in chaos. His whole body was screaming with dysfunction and we had no idea. Almost immediately we could see an improvement in him. He started saying some words! He said mama for the first time and I cried so hard. Four years I waited to hear that word. He gives high fives where before he would refuse. He plays with other kids when he used to play by himself. He’s nearly 100% potty trained now.
